摘 要:本实验采用自下而上法制备了两种卟啉基MOF,即Zn-TCPP和Co-TCPP(TCPP为中-四(4-羧基苯基)卟吩)。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、Zeta电位测试、红外光谱(FT-IR)和X射线衍射(XRD)等表征手段对材料的微观形貌和结构进行表征。采用批量吸附实验,考察了pH值、接触时间、初始铀浓度和温度等因素对吸附U(Ⅵ)的影响。实验结果表明,在298.15 K、pH=5.5时,Zn-TCPP和Co-TCPP对U(Ⅵ)的最大理论吸附容量分别为412.2 mg/g和307.7 mg/g。吸附过程主要是受化学作用控制,为表面单分子层吸附。两种材料均具有良好的循环使用性,五次吸附-解吸循环后,对铀的吸附量仍能保持在80%以上。In this study,two porphyrin-based metal-organic frameworks(MOF)containing Zn-TCPP and Co-TCPP(TCPP represents mes-tetrakis(4-carboxyphenyl)porphin)were synthesized via a simple bottom-up process.The microstructure and morphology of the prepared porphyrin-based MOF were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Zeta analysis,infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and X-ray diffractometry(XRD).The effects of different pH,contact time,initial uranium concentration and temperature on the adsorption of U(Ⅵ)were investigated.The results of batch experiments showed that the maximum adsorption capacities of Zn-TCPP and Co-TCPP for U(Ⅵ)were 412.2 mg/g and 307.7 mg/g(298.15 K,pH=5.5),respectively.The adsorption process closely fitted the Langmuir isotherm,and pseudo-second-order kinetics models indicated that chemical and monolayer adsorption dominated the adsorption process of U(Ⅵ)onto both porphyrin-based MOF.It was found that both porphyrin-based MOF showed good recyclability and the adsorption capacity was still maintained above 80%after five adsorption-desorption cycles.
