醒脑开窍针刺法联合督灸治疗中风昏迷效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探析中风昏迷患者应用“醒脑开窍”针刺手段联合督灸治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2016年1月-2018年1月在本院接受治疗的中风昏迷患者72例,随机分为两组,各36例,所有患者均积极采取中风对症治疗,对照组患者应用普通针刺法治疗,观察组患者应用“醒脑开窍”针刺法联合督灸治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:对患者康复状况应用N I H S S(神经功能缺损)、Barthel(日常活动功能)进行评价,相对于干预前患者上述指标均有改善,同时,干预后观察组优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);在治疗前后对两组患者的昏迷状态应用G C S评分评价,提示两组患者均有改善且观察组显著优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:对于中风昏迷患者,采用积极对症治疗基础上给予中医辨证指导下的“醒脑开窍”针刺法联合督灸治疗,治疗效果显著。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with moxibustion for the treatment of stroke coma patients.Methods 72 patients with stroke coma who were treated in our hospital from Jan.2016 to Jan.2018 were selected as subjects.The patients were digitally sequenced and then randomized blindly and equally.There were 36 patients in each group.All patients were actively taking stroke symptomatic treatment intervention,the control group patients were treated with acupuncture,and the observation group patients were treated with moxibustion intervention on the basis of“Xingnao Kaiqiao”acupuncture treatment.The efficacy of the two treatment regimens in patients with stroke coma was compared after the course of treatment.Results NIHSS(neural function defect)and Barthel(daily activity function)were evaluated in the rehabilitation status of patients.The above indicators were improved compared with the preintervention patients.The data obtained in the observation group after intervention were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The GCS score was used to judge the coma status of the two groups before and after treatment,suggesting that both groups improved and the observation group significant superiority(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of positive stroke symptomatic treatment,under the guidance of TCM syndrome differentiation,the“Awakening Brain and Acupuncture”acupuncture method combined with the treatment of moxibustion treatment has satisfactory therapeutic effect on the patient's stroke condition and coma consciousness,and better guarantees the patient's health and prognosis quality.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
