温阳健脾化瘀汤对肾病综合征患者的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的观察温阳健脾化瘀汤对肾病综合征患者的治疗效果.方法选取长春市中心医院2016年4月至2017年4月收治的106例肾病综合征患者,按照其治疗时间分为对照组(西药治疗),治疗组(温阳健脾化瘀汤治疗),每组53例.比较两组患者总缓解率与肾功能改善情况.结果治疗组总缓解率明显高于对照组(94.3%vs.86.7%),治疗后各项肾功能指标均优于对照组(P<0.05).结论温阳健脾化瘀汤对肾病综合征患者疗效确切.Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Wenyang Jianpi Huayu Decoction(WJH)in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome.Methods Totally 106 patients with nephrotic syndrome admitted to Changchun Central Hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected and divided into the control group(treated with Western medicine)and the treatment group(treated with WJH),according to their treatment time,53 patients in each group.The total remission rates and renal function indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The total remission rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(94.3%vs.86.7%,P<0.05).After treatment,the renal function indicators of patients in the treatment group was better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion WJH was effective in the treatment of patients with nephrotic syndrome.
