多潘立酮联合阿米替林治疗消化不良的临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究多潘立酮联合阿米替林治疗消化不良的临床效果.方法选取2016年12月至2018年12月大庆市人民医院消化内科进行治疗的消化不良患者102例,随后根据患者的治疗方法的不同分为多潘立酮组以及联合组,每组51例.其中对多潘立酮组患者给予多潘立酮进行治疗,而对联合组患者采取多潘立酮联合阿米替林治疗.比较两组患者的治疗效果、用药治疗时间、消化功能复常时间以及不良反应发生率.结果与多潘立酮组比较,联合组患者治疗总有效率明显升高(94.12%vs.72.55%),用药治疗时间以及消化功能复常时间明显缩短,不良反应发生率明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论多潘立酮联合阿米替林治疗消化不良的临床效果显著,安全性高.Objective To study the clinical effect of domperidone combined with amitriptyline in the treatment of dyspepsia.Methods From December 2016 to December 2018,102 patients with dyspepsia treated in the Department of Digestive Medicine of Daqing People's Hospital were selected and divided into domperidone group and combined group according to the different treatment methods,with 51 cases in each group.The patients in the domperidone group were treated with domperidone alone,while those in the combined group were treated with amitriptyline combined with amitriptyline.The therapeutic effect,duration of medication,time of digestive function returning to normal and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the domperidone group,the total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was significantly increased(94.12%vs.72.55%),the duration of medication and time of digestive function returning to normal were significantly shortened,and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly reduced(all P<0.05).Conclusion Domperidone combined with amitriptyline was effective in the treatment of dyspepsia,with a high safety.
