摘　　要：老年男性持续发热2月,先后现痴呆、咳嗽、气促、贫血、水肿、瘀斑,辗转多院无效病危,重医附一院感染科准确诊断,及时治疗,自觉症状显著缓解,好转出院.An elderly man sustained fever for 2 mouths,and was successively suffering from dementia,cough,shortness of breath,anemia,edema,ecchymosis.He went to many hospitals for treatment,but remained in critical condition.Later he became an inpatient of Infectious Department,the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University.After a definite diagnosis and timely treatments,his most symptoms relieved obviously and he was discharged.
