自拟头痛逐瘀汤对三叉神经痛患者疼痛及血清SP、β-EP水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟头痛逐瘀汤对三叉神经痛患者疼痛及血清P物质(SP)、β内啡肽(β-EP)水平的影响。方法回顾性分析2017年1月至2018年12月南京中医药大学附属苏州市中医医院收治的三叉神经痛60例患者临床资料,按治疗方法分为观察组和对照组,各30例,对照组采取常规药物治疗,观察组则联合自拟头痛逐瘀汤治疗,治疗周期为30 d。比较2组治疗后临床疗效,对比2组治疗前后血清SP、血清血管活性肠肽(VIP)、β-EP、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平及VAS、PSQI、中医症状评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%高于对照组80.00%(P>0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后采取视觉模拟评分(VAS)、匹兹堡睡眠量表(PSQI)、评分及头痛评分和次数均减少、头痛持续时间缩短,且观察组短于对照组;治疗后2组血清SP、VIP、TNF-α水平降低,且观察组低于对照组;血清β-EP水平升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论三叉神经痛患者治疗中采取自拟头痛逐瘀汤,可通过调节三叉神经痛的血清SP、VIP、β-EP、TNF-α水平,进一步缓解疼痛,提高睡眠质量,有效改善临床症状,疗效显著,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of tongtouzhuyu Decoction on trigeminal neuralgia and serum SP,β-EP.Methods Retrospective analysis between January 2017 and December 2018,nanjing university of Chinese medicine affiliated suzhou TCM clinical data of 60 cases of trigeminal neuralgia patients admitted in the hospital,according to the treatment were divided into observation group and control group,each 30 cases,control group take the routine drug treatment,observation group to joint the headache by stasis soup treatment,treatment cycle is 30 d.The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was compared,and the serum levels of SP,VIP,ser-ep,TNF-level,VAS,PSQI and TCM symptom scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%higher than that of the control group 80.00%(P>0.05);compared with before treatment,the VAS,PSQI scores,headache scores and times were reduced,headache duration was shortened,and the observation group was lower than the control group;After treatment,the levels of serum SP,VIP and TNF-αin the two groups were reduce,and the level of serumβ-EP in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of trigeminal neuralgia,the selfmade tongtouzhuyu Decoction can improve SP,VIP,β-EP,TNF-αlevel of trigeminal neuralgia,relieve the pain and ensure the quality of sleep,so as to effectively improve the clinical symptoms.The effect is significant,which is worthy of application.
