自拟润肺咳喘方对肺热阴虚型咳嗽患者血清IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α的影响及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟润肺咳喘方对肺热阴虚型咳嗽患者血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的影响及安全性分析。方法回顾性分析清远市中医院2017年3月至8月治疗且证实为肺热阴虚型咳嗽疾病112例患者的临床资料,按治疗方法将患者分为对照组和研究组各56例。对照组给予盐酸氨溴索治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上给予润肺化痰法治疗,2组治疗周期均为14 d。统计并比较2组治疗后临床效果及治疗期间安全性分析,比较2组治疗前后血清IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α水平。结果研究组的总有效率96.42%高于对照组的总有效率80.36%;与治疗前相比,治疗后血清IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α水平均减少,且研究组血清IL-2、IL-6水平低于对照组,研究组血清TNF-α水平高于对照组;研究组总不良反应发生率14.28%均低于对照组1.79%(P<0.05)。结论肺热阴虚型咳嗽采用自拟润肺咳喘方治疗能通过调节血清IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α含量,提高机体免疫,缓解临床症状,疗效显著且安全性高,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect and safety of self-made Runfei Kechuan Recipe on serum IL-2,IL-6,TNF-αin patients with cough of lung heat Yin deficiency.Methods Totally 112 patients with cough disease of lung heat and yin deficiency type were selected from Qingyuan Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from March to August 2017.The patients were divided into control group and study group with 56 cases each according to the random number table.The control group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride,the study group was treated with Runfei Huatan method on the basis of the control group,and the treatment cycle of both groups was 14 days.The difference of serum IL-2,IL-6 and TNF-αbetween the two groups before and after treatment was compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.42%higher than that of the control group 80.36%;compared with that before treatment,the levels of serum IL-2,IL-6 and TNF-αin the study group were decreased after treatment,and the levels of serum IL-2 and IL-6 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of serum TNF-αin the study group were higher than those in the control group;the incidence of total adverse reactions in the study group was 14.28%lower than that in the control group 1.79%(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made Runfei Kechuan formula can improve the immunity of the body and relieve the clinical symptoms by regulating the contents of IL-2,IL-6 and TNF-αin the serum,which is worthy of application.
