肺炎支原体培养和RST在儿童肺炎支原体感染中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的 研究肺炎支原体培养和快速血清检验(RST)在儿童肺炎支原体感染中的诊断价值.方法 选取2017年5月至2019年2月苏州市吴江区第五人民医院检验科就诊的疑似小儿肺炎支原体感染患儿113例,患儿入院后均予以肺炎支原体培养和RST,观察2组临床检验效果.结果 RST时间短于肺炎支原体培养(P<0.05).患儿年龄<4岁的肺炎支原体培养阳性检出率高于RST (P<0.05),而患儿年龄4~7岁和>7岁的肺炎支原体培养阳性检出率与RST比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).肺炎支原体培养对病程<7d的患儿的检出率较高,RST则对病程>7d的患儿的检出率较高(P<0.05).结论 肺炎支原体培养对年龄较小、病程较短患儿的检出率更高,RST则对病程较长患儿的检出率更高,临床诊疗中可依据患儿具体情况合理选择检测方式.Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of Mycoplasma pneumoniae culture and RST in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Methods A total of 113 cases of children with suspected mycoplasma pneumoniae infection were selected from the laboratory department of the fifth people's hospital of wujiang district,suzhou city from May 2017 to February 2019.Results The RST time was shorter than that of Mycoplasma pneumoniae culture(P<0.05).The positive detection rate of Mycoplasma pneumoniae culture at age<4 years was higher than RST(P<0.05),while the positive detection rate of Mycoplasma pneumoniae culture at ages 4~7 years and>7 years was not different from RST(P>0.05).Mycoplasma pneumoniae culture had a higher detection rate in children with a course of disease<7 d,and RST had a higher detection rate in children with a course of disease>7 d(P<0.05).Conclusion Mycoplasma pneumoniae culture has a higher detection rate in younger children with shorter course of disease,while RST has a higher detection rate in longer course of disease.Clinical diagnosis and treatment can be reasonably selected based on the specific situation of the child Detection method.
