摘 要:为了研究自应力钢管混凝土的界面黏结性能,根据力的平衡关系推导出了核心混凝土温度变化与径向自应力以及钢管环向自应力之间的关系表达式.在已有文献试验的基础上,以膨胀剂掺量为变量建立考虑钢管混凝土界面黏结性能的有限元分析模型,通过对核心混凝土升温的方式来模拟钢管混凝土界面黏结性能,将模拟分析结果与试验数据进行比较.结果表明:采用对核心混凝土升温的方式能够真实有效地模拟钢管混凝土界面黏结性能.在此基础上,通过升温改变自应力水平及调整径厚比的方法开展了影响界面黏结性能因素的数值模拟分析.结果表明:通过增大自应力以及减小径厚比的方式能有效提高钢管混凝土界面黏结性能,将模拟分析值与理论值对比,二者吻合良好.In order to study the interfacial bonding performance of self-stressing concrete filled steel tube,the relationship between temperature change of core concrete and radial self-stress of core concrete and circumferential self-stress of steel tube was deduced according to the balance of force.The finite element analysis model considering the interfacial bonding performance of concrete filled steel tube was established by taking the content of expansive agent as a variable on the basis of existing test data in literature,and the interfacial bonding performance of concrete filled steel tube was simulated by heating up the core concrete,the comparison of the simulative.The experimental results indicate that the method of heating up the core concrete can simulate the interface bonding performance of self-stressing concrete filled steel tube effectively and truly,on this basis,numerical analysis of factors affecting interface bonding performance was carried out by changing the self-stress level by heating and adjusting the diameter-thickness ratio.The results show that the interfacial bonding performance of concrete filled steel tube can be effectively improved by increasing the self-stress and reducing the diameter-thickness ratio.The comparison between the simulative and theoretical values shows good agreement.
