高校图书馆纸电图书资源协同建设绩效评价指标体系构建研究

摘　　要：在参考国内外已有纸质资源和电子资源建设绩效评价指标的基础上,结合高校图书馆纸电图书资源的馆藏特点和发展趋势,通过分析、归纳及整合纸电图书资源协同建设的影响因素,构建出高校图书馆纸电图书资源协同建设绩效评价的相关指标。评价指标体系包括协同采访、协同管理、协同服务、效果评估4个一级指标,主体协同等10个二级指标,采访意愿等25个三级指标。对纸电图书资源协同建设绩效评价指标体系的构建有利于帮助高校图书馆合理配置纸电采购经费,构建科学的馆藏资源体系。Based on referencing to domestic and foreign performance metrics of printed book and e-book resources building existed,this paper weighs the characteristics and development trend of printed book and e-book resources of university libraries,and figures out its cooperative construction performance metrics by analyzing,inducing and integrating the influence factors of cooperative construction between printed book and e-book resources.The performance metric system includes 4 first-level indicators of collaborative purchase,collaborative management,collaborative service and effect evaluation,10 second-level indicators like main body collaboration and 25 third-level indicators like purchase intention.To build the performance metric system of cooperative construction of printed book and e-book resources is beneficial for university libraries to the rational allocation of printed book and e-book purchase funds and the construction of scientific collection resource system in university libraries.
