社会网络、风险偏好与创业农民创新绩效研究——基于创新能力的中介效应分析

摘　　要：立足创业农民,构建创新能力中介作用下社会网络和风险偏好影响农民创新绩效的理论框架,并依据陕西省463份创业农民调查数据,运用结构方程模型(SEM),实证探究社会网络、风险偏好对农民创新绩效的影响及其路径.结果表明:社会网络及风险偏好均可通过增强农民创新能力显著正向影响其创新绩效,外部社会网络对个体创新能力和创新绩效的影响均大于内在风险偏好的影响,且社会网络亦可通过提升农民风险偏好水平显著正向影响其创新能力和创新绩效;提高农民创新能力可显著改善其创新绩效.研究还证实,创新能力在社会网络、风险偏好影响农民创新绩效的关系中均发挥完全中介作用,风险偏好在社会网络影响农民创新能力的关系中发挥部分中介作用.因此,乡村振兴背景下建议从完善农民创新支持政策设计、优化农民社会网络体系、培育农民企业家特质等方面着力提升农民创新能力和创新绩效.The article aimed to study the relationship between social network,risk preference and innovation performance by constructing a theoretical framework which elaborates how social network and risk preference influence innovation performance under the intermediary role of entrepreneurial farmers’innovation ability.Structural equation model(SEM)is employed to conduct an empirical analysis with survey data collected from 463 entrepreneurial farmers from Shaanxi Province.The results showed that social network and risk preference could enhance farmers’innovation ability and then improve their innovation performance,and that the influence of social network on farmers’innovation capability and innovation performance is greater than that of risk preference.Social network can also promote farmers’risk preference and then significantly positively affects their innovation capabilities and innovation performance.The improvement of farmers’innovation ability significantly enhances their innovation performance.The study also found that innovation ability played a fully mediatory role in the relationship between social network and risk preference by influencing farmers’innovation performance,while risk preference played a partial intermediary role between social network and farmers’innovation ability.Therefore,efforts should be made to improve farmers’innovation ability and innovation performance by improving the design of farmers’innovation support policy,optimizing farmers’social network system and cultivating their entrepreneurial characteristics.
