摘　　要：文章研究了数据资产架构的逻辑功能结构的实施过程,在此基础上,从数据资产理论架构出发,以科学数据作为资产的前提,着重描述科学数据管理与控制的结构体系(包括物理架构、组织架构、技术架构)等,对当前科学数据管理控制模式单一、数据重用问题重视不够等问题进行探讨,进一步对科学数据管理控制技术方案不够系统、效率不高等问题进行研究。文章旨在推动科学数据资源管理建设,更好地提供科学数据服务,提高我国科学数据服务效率,支撑国家重大科技创新。This article studies the implementation process of logical functional structure of data asset architecture.On this basis,starting from the data assets theoretical framework,it focuses on the description of the structure system of scientific data management and control(including physical structure,organizational structure,technical structure),etc.This paper discusses the problems of single control mode of scientific data management and insufficient attention to data reuse,and further studies the problems of insufficient system and low efficiency of scientific data management and control technology.This paper aims at improving the service efficiency of scientific data in China,providing scientific data service better,promoting the construction of scientific data resource management,and supporting major national scientific and technological innovation.
