摘　　要：移动信息服务已全面嵌入大众工作生活,对其用户个人信息安全保障行为意愿影响因素的研究有助于防范信息安全风险,并推动服务提供商完善安全服务机制。文章将保护动机理论和任务技术匹配理论相结合,构建移动信息服务用户个人信息安全保障行为意愿的影响因素模型,并通过问卷调查法获取302份样本数据进行模型的验证分析。移动信息服务用户个人信息安全保障行为意愿主要受到威胁评估(感知易感性、感知严重性)和应对评估(反应效能、自我效能)的正向影响,其中应对评估的影响作用更大;此外,用户对移动信息服务的安全性评估(任务技术匹配度)通过负向影响用户的感知易感性从而间接影响用户安全保障行为意愿。本研究结果对用户树立信息安全保障意识具有指导作用,并为移动信息服务提供商从用户信息安全感知的角度提升服务质量提供参考。Mobile information service has been fully integrated into people’s work and life.The research on the influencing factors of its users’personal information security behavioral intention can help prevent information security risks,and to improve the security of mobile information service.By combining the protection motivation theory and task technology matching theory,this paper constructed the influencing factor model of users’personal information security behavioral intention in mobile information service.A total of 302 samples were collected through questionnaire for model validation analysis.The results show that the intention of users’personal information security behavior is mainly positively affected by threat appraisal(perceived vulnerability and perceived severity)and coping appraisal(response efficacy and self-efficacy),and coping appraisal has a greater influence.In addition,users’security appraisal(task technology fit)of mobile information services indirectly affects users’security behavioral intention by negatively affecting users’perceived vulnerability.The results of this study have a guiding role in establishing the awareness of information security for users and provide a reference for mobile information service providers to improve service quality from the perspective of user information security perception.
