国内高校数字图书馆联盟发展现状:内涵缺失和结构重塑

摘　　要：数字图书馆联盟产生至今,经历了快速发展到内涵缺失的过程。文章对国内高校数字图书馆联盟的产生、发展、演变路径进行梳理,总结高校数字图书馆联盟的发展现状,并结合数字图书馆联盟在原"985"工程高校中的服务存续现状,探索数字图书馆服务的改革方向。依托着快速革新的数字图书馆平台技术,数字图书馆联盟应通过去中心化的思想拓宽联盟的内涵,强化"大联盟+N"的发展结构,未来的服务改革也必将遵循科技进步的方向进行重塑。Since the birth of digital library federation,it has experienced the process of rapid development to the lack of connotation.This paper analyzes the formation,development and evolution path of university digital library federation in China,and determines the current development situation of university digital library federation.Combined with the existing situation of the service of digital library federation in Project 985 universities,this paper explores the reform direction of digital library service.Relying on the rapid innovation of digital library platform technology,the digital library federation should broaden the connotation of the federation through the idea of decentralization.Digital library federation should strengthen the development structure of"large federation+N".The future service reform will be reshaped in accordance with the direction of scientific and technological progress.
