摘　　要：“民生档案”作为21世纪出现的新概念,是有具体指向的档案专业术语。文章立足于“民生档案”的话语角度,从“民生档案”的语境分析、“民生档案”的话语建构以及“民生档案”的话语演变三个方面进行了全景式的剖析,目的是建立对“民生档案”概念与社会发展关系的认识基础,同时也为重新认识“民生档案”与档案“泛化”这一现象提供新的视角。“People's Livelihood Archives”is a new concept in 21st century,which is point to specific object.Based on the discourse of“People's Livelihood Archives”,this paper analyzes the context,the discourse construction and the discourse evolution of"people's livelihood archives"in a panoramic way.The purpose is to form basic knowledge of relationship between the concept of“People's Livelihood Archives”and the social development,as well as to provide a new perspective to reacquaint the“People's Livelihood Archives”and the phenomenon that the generalization of archive.
