摘  要:【目的】为了揭示不同坡位对芳樟生长指标、生物量积累与分配和精油特性的影响,【方法】本研究设置了上坡、中坡和下坡三个处理,来研究芳樟矮林的坡位效应。【结果】1)芳樟矮林各项生长指标在不同坡位间总体表现为下坡>中坡>上坡。不同坡位间的株高差异均显著;下坡和中坡的基径显著大于上坡,下坡和中坡之间基径差异不显著;与上坡相比,中坡和下坡的叶面积分别增加了74.09%和99.87%。2)芳樟矮林生物量在不同坡位总体表现为下坡>中坡>上坡,其中叶片、侧枝和单株总生物量差异显著,均表现为下坡显著高于上坡,下坡和中坡及中坡和上坡之间差异不显著;主干生物量在不同坡位间差异不显著。植株生物量的空间分配在不同坡位上均表现为叶片>侧枝>主干,但不同坡位间各器官生物量所占比例的差异均未达到显著水平。3)芳樟不同器官中精油含量在不同坡位上均表现为叶片>侧枝>主干,其中叶片和主干精油含量均表现为下坡显著大于中坡和上坡,下坡和上坡的侧枝精油含量显著高于中坡。精油产量在不同坡位总体表现为下坡>中坡>上坡,且在不同器官中的分配比例表现为叶片>侧枝>主干,但不同坡位间各器官的分配比例差异不显著。【结论】下坡位有利于芳樟矮林的生长、生物量积累和精油产量形成,提高叶片中生物量的分配比例是高产的关键。【Objective】In order to reveal the effects of different slope positions on the growth index,biomass accumulation and distribution,and essential oil characteristics of Cinnamomum camphora,【Method】three treatments were set up in this study to study the slope position effect,that is,uphill,middle slope and downhill slope position.【Result】1)Growth indexes of Cinnamomum camphora coppice were downhill>middle slope>uphill in different slope positions.The plant height of different slope positions was significantly different,the base diameter of downhill and middle slope was significantly larger than that of uphill slope,but there was no significant difference between downhill and middle slope.Compared with the uphill,the leaf area of the middle slope and the downhill increased by 74.09%and 99.87%,respectively.2)The biomass of Cinnamomum camphora coppice was downhill>middle slope>uphill in different slope positions,in which there was significant difference in leaf,lateral branch and single plant biomass,both of which showed that downhill was significantly higher than uphill,but there was no significant difference between downhill and middle slope,middle slope and uphill slope.There was no significant difference in trunk biomass among different slopes.The spatial distribution of plant biomass was leaf>lateral branch>trunk in different slope positions.However,the proportion of biomass of each organ among different slope positions did not reach a significant level.3)The content of essential oil in different organs of Cinnamomum camphora showed leaf>lateral branch>trunk in different slope positions.The content of essential oil in leaf and trunk was significantly higher than that in middle slope and uphill slope,and the content of essential oil in lateral branch of downhill and uphill was significantly higher than that in middle slope.The yield of essential oil was downhill>middle slope>uphill in different slope positions,and the distribution ratio of essential oil in different organs was leaf>lateral branch>trunk,b
