摘 要:为给倾斜长周期光纤光栅在折射率传感领域的合理应用提供理论参考,通过光学仿真软件分别模拟了不同包层模式、不同包层半径情况下有效折射率及谐振波波长漂移量的变化规律。仿真结果表明:光栅各阶包层的有效折射率均会随环境折射率的增大而增大,且半径越小的高阶包层模灵敏度越高;根据谐振波波长偏移量与环境折射率的变化规律,在实际应用中可以选择不同的参数来满足不同的灵敏度需求。In order to provide a theoretical reference for the rational application of tilted long period fiber grating in the field of refractive index sensing, the variation rule of effective refractive index and wavelength drift of resonant wave under different cladding modes and different cladding radius are simulated by optical simulation software. The simulation results show that the effective refractive index of each cladding of the grating increases with the increase of the refractive index of the environment,and higher order cladding modes with smaller radius have higher sensitivity. According to the variation rule of the wavelength shift of the resonant wave and the refractive index of the environment, different parameters can be selected in practical applications to meet different sensitivity requirements.
