摘 要:【目的】研究搅拌器中双旋涡轮叶片的外流场特性与叶轮参数之间的关系。【方法】采用叶轮设计理论分析、模拟与优化等方法,研究双旋涡轮叶片数、叶片开孔、中心轴开孔这3个影响因素对外流场的影响结果,对模型进行分析和整体优化,与传统斜叶涡轮叶片对比研究。【结果】叶片数量、叶片开孔及中心轴开孔的分析情况中,叶片数目为6时外流场的循环环流明显,环流强度较大,即搅拌效率最高;叶片开孔与中心轴开孔的情况,在一定程度上破坏了循环环流,降低了搅拌效率,即无孔方案更佳;在对流场的模拟分析中,叶片数量对外流场影响最大。【结论】在3个不同影响因素下,叶片数量在3个影响外流场的因素中作用最大;叶片有孔相较于无孔降低了搅拌效率;中心轴开孔相较于无孔,在一定程度上降低了搅拌效率模拟分析中最佳方案为6叶片无孔涡轮叶片。上述模拟分析结果,在涡轮叶片的分析中有一定的参考作用,为以后搅拌器的叶轮分析研究提供了相关理论依据。【Objective】The primary objective of this paper is to study the relationship between characteristics of external flow field in the twin-rotating turbine to find the optimal blades in the turbine.【Method】We simulated the external fluid flow numerically in the turbine under different combinations of three factors: the number of twin-rotor blades(N=3, 5 and 6), blade opening and central shaft opening in the external flow field. We then analyzed and optimized the model, and compared it with the traditional oblique blade turbine blades.【Result】When the number of blades was 6, the circulation of the external flow field was manifested. As such, the circulation intensity was relatively large and mixing efficiency was the highest. The perforation of the blade and the central axis destroyed the circulation to certain extent and reduced stirring efficiency as a result. The number of blades was the factor that impacted the flow field most.【Conclusion】Among the three factors we investigated, the number of blades was most important in impacting the outflow field. Compared with non-perforated blades, perforating the blades and the central shaft hole reduced the mixing efficiency to certain extent. The optimal result was 6 non-perforated turbine blades. The simulation results have important implication for analyzing turbine blades, offering theoretical help for design of impeller of agitator.
