摘  要:为了解三七黑斑病菌对烯唑醇的敏感性,采用菌丝生长速率法测定了分离自云南省砚山、石林、丘北和西双版纳不同地区的50个三七黑斑病菌菌株对烯唑醇的敏感性。结果表明,50个供试菌株对烯唑醇的EC50值在0.1739~6.6707 g/mL,平均EC50值为(1.7845±1.1954)g/mL,已出现对烯唑醇敏感性降低的亚群体,其中41个菌株对烯唑醇的敏感性频率分布呈正态分布,将这41个菌株的EC50平均值(1.3542±0.6529)g/mL作为三七黑斑病菌对烯唑醇的相对敏感基线;其他9个菌株中,抗性菌株有2个,抗性指数在3~10。由此推测,供试的三七黑斑病菌已出现对烯唑醇产生抗药性的趋势。本研究为三七黑斑病菌抗药性风险评估提供了一定的理论依据。To evaluate the susceptibility of panax notoginseng to diniconazole,50 samples of Alternaria panax isolates from different regions of Yanshan,Shilin,Qiubei and Xishuangbanna in Yunnan Province were detected by mycelial growth rate method.The results showed that the EC50 values of the 50 test strains ranged from 0.1739 to 6.6707 g/mL,and the average EC50 value was(1.7845±1.1954)g/mL.Subpopulations with reduced sensitivity to diniconazole had been observed.41 strains had normal distributions,therefore,the average EC50 value of 41 strains(1.3542±0.6529)g/mLwas used as the relative baseline.Among the other 9 strains,there were two resistant strains,and the resistance index was 3-10.It was inferred that the Alternaria panax already had tendency of resistance to diniconazole.This study could provide theoretical basis for the risk assessment of resistance of Alternaria panax to fungicides.
