摘  要:研究确定铁皮石斛口含片的最优添加比例。选择成型较好的辅料配比,通过研究颗粒包衣及颗粒包衣技术对铁皮石斛多糖的释放速率的影响,得到工艺及释放度较好的组合。结果表明:铁皮石斛粉∶木糖醇=1∶8、余干子粉5%、黏合剂10%、薄荷脑0.5%、树脂16%的配方组合口感较好,溶出度较好。口感和溶出度都较好的配方可作为保健食品生产的依据。In order to study and determine study and determine the best excipients and the best addition ratio of Dendrobium candidum buccal tablets.The better excipient ratio was selected,and the effects of granule coating and granule coating technology on the release rate of Dendrobium candidum polysaccharide were studied to obtain the optimal process and the combination of excipients with good release.Result:Dendrobium candidum powder:xylitol=1∶8,Yuganzi powder 5%,adhesive 10%,menthol 0.5%,resin 16%formula combination had good taste and dissolution.The formula with good taste and dissolution rate can be used as the basis of health food production.
