摘  要:建立15批次淫羊藿叶HPLC指纹图谱,测定淫羊藿叶中淫羊藿苷和淫羊藿次苷I的含量。运用高效液相色谱法建立淫羊藿叶指纹图谱并测定淫羊藿苷和淫羊藿次苷I的含量,其色谱条件为色谱柱:YMC-Pack ODS-A(4.6 mm 250 mm,5 m);流速:1.0mL/min;柱温:25℃;流动相:乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液梯度洗脱;检测波长:270 nm;运用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2012版)和IBM SPSS Statistics软件(20.0版)分别进行15批次淫羊藿叶指纹图谱相似度评价和聚类分析。结果表明,淫羊藿叶样品中淫羊藿苷和淫羊藿次苷I的含量分别为0.0135%~0.0249%和0.0024%~0.0034%;所创立的淫羊藿叶指纹图谱共有8个色谱峰;15批次淫羊藿叶指纹图谱整体相似度大于0.9,具有良好的相似度;聚类分析结果显示,15批次淫羊藿叶共分为4类。所建立的淫羊藿叶指纹图谱较好地反映了淫羊藿叶多组分的特征,所选淫羊藿药材在产地和批次上具有代表性,为后续淫羊藿药材的研究提供了参考。This study establish HPLC fingerprint of 15 batches of epimedii leaves and determine the components of icariin and icarisid I in the leave.Using HPLC method to establish the fingerprint and determine the contents of icariin and icarisid I,whose conditions are:chromatographic column:YMC-Pack ODS-A(4.6 mm 250 mm,5 m);column temperature:25℃;mobile phase:acetonitrile-0.1%formic acid;flow rate:1.0 m L/min;detection wavelength:270 nm;Using similarity evaluation for fingerprint of TCM(version 2012)and the software IBM SPSS Statistics(version 20.0)to carry out similarity evaluation and cluster analysis of 15 batches of epimedii leaves.The results show that the components of icariin and icarisid I in epimedii leave samples are 0.0135%~0.0249%and 0.0224%~0.0034%;the esablished fingerprint of epimedii leaves has 8 mutual fingerprint peaks in total;the whole similarities of the fingerprint of 15 batches of epimedii leaves are more than 0.9,having a good similarity;Cluster analysis shows the 15 batches of epimedii leaves are divided into four categories.The established fingerprint of epimedii leaves reflects the multi-component appearance.The choosen of epimedii leaves are representative in places and batches,providing a reference for further study of epimedii leaves.
