摘 要:为了对装配式柱构件节点的抗剪性能进行研究,本文首先以锚栓连接和套筒连接为例介绍了柱节点的设计原则及其构造,然后提出了一种新的柱节点并介绍了其设计制作过程。为了对其抗剪性能进行研究,本文分别设计了4组试件,利用10000 kN电液伺服压剪试验机对其进行了加载,得到了4组试件的裂缝发展及破坏形态。根据试验结果,分析了柱节点的受剪机理,通过绘制4组试件的荷载挠度曲线可得到柱构件抗剪荷载与施工方式以及复合箍筋的道数密切相关。经过归纳可知,装配式柱节点的变形可分为弹性阶段、弹塑性阶段和承载力降低阶段。装配式结构因其节能环保、绿色高效的特点,未来有望应用于乡村住宅和社区应急避险场所建设,有利于推动美丽乡村和安全社区建设。In order to study the shear performance of fabricated column member joints,this paper first introduced the design principle and structure of the column joints with the anchor connection and the sleeve connection as an example,and then proposed a new column joint and introduced it.In order to study its shearing performance,four sets of test pieces were designed and loaded by 10000 kN electro-hydraulic servo compression shear tester.The crack development and failure modes of four groups of components were obtained.According to the experimental results,the shearing mechanism of the column joints was analyzed.By plotting the load-deflection curves of the four sets of specimens,the shear load of the column members can be closely related to the construction method and the number of reincarnation stirrups.After induction,the deformation of the assembled column joint can be divided into elastic phase,elastoplastic phase and bearing capacity reduction phase.Due to its energy-saving,environmentally friendly,green and efficient features,fabricated structure is expected to be applied to the construction of rural houses and emergency shelter in the future,which is conducive to promoting the construction of beautiful villages and safe communities.
