摘　　要：对中国(上海)自由贸易区野生动植物进出口监管现状进行分析,尤其是当前监管中存在的法律法规设定不够明确、实地监管力度不够、部门协作不够到位、评估体系不够完善及后续监管能力不强的问题和不足,提出明确相关罚则、提升能力建设、加强实地监督、强化部门协作和完善评估体系的对策与建议。Current situation was analyzed on import and export supervision of wild animals and plants in China(Shanghai)Pilot Free Trade Zone,especially on problems of regulations and rules,the spot supervision,coordination of different institutions,evaluation system and follow-up supervision.Countermeasures were put forwarded such as clear penalties,improvement of coordination,spot supervision,evaluation system.
