摘　　要：随着BIM技术的不断完善,城市轨道交通工程施工项目的BIM技术应用已不局限于BIM模型创建与单个模型应用,而是提出了基于BIM的平台管控和系统集成的更高需求。依托佛山市城市轨道交通3号线工程3202-1标,紧扣城市轨道交通工程施工项目的典型特点,提出了建立与之相适应的项目组织机构;同时,基于BIM平台,将项目管理中的进度、质量、安全等信息与BIM模型建立关联关系,充分发挥BIM的可视化、关联性和实时性等特点,切实解决项目管理的难题,达到降本增效的目的。With the continuous improvement of BIM Technology,the application of BIM technology in urban rail transit construction project is not limited to BIM model creation and single model application,but puts forward higher requirements for platform management and control and system integration based on BIM.Based on the 3202-1 bid of Foshan Urban Rail Transit Line 3 project,we put forward the establishment of project organization which is suitable for the typical characteristics of rail transit construction project.Meanwhile,based on BIM platform,the information of progress,quality and safety in project management is related to BIM model,and the features of BIM,such as visualization,relevance and real-time,are brought into full play to solve the problem of project management and achieve the purpose of cost reduction and efficiency increase.
