摘　　要：新常态下我国经济由高速度发展向高质量增长转变,随着经济总量和产业规模的不断扩大,广西产业结构升级转型问题日益凸显。通过建立偏离—份额分析矩阵表对广西三大产业部门经济发展统计数据进行分析,找到产业演进过程中各地市产业结构与竞争力的优劣势和三大产业发展方向和重点,再运用产业结构四象限分析法明确各地市的三大产业演进所处阶段。分析发现:科技创新和完善的现代服务业体系是广西产业结构优化的关键;推动现代制造业智能化发展是当前广西经济发展的基石;发展绿色产业有利于产业结构的优化和生态效益的提高。最后提出广西产业结构调整需要鼓励科技创新,完善现代服务业体系;推进新型工业化道路,大力发展先进制造业;坚持“绿色”发展理念,加快现代农业体系发展等对策.The economic development changes from high-speed to high-quality growth under the new normal in China.With the continuous expansion of economic aggregate and industrial scale,the problems of upgrading and transformation of industrial structure in Guangxi have become increasingly prominent.Based on the statistical data of economic development of three major industrial sectors in Guangxi,we try to establish the shift-share matrix to analyze and find out the advantages and disadvantages of industrial structure and competitiveness of different cities in Guangxi and the development direction and key points of three main industries in the process of industrial evolution.At the same time,the four-quadrant analysis of industrial structure is used to clarify the stages of three industrial evolution in each city.It is found that scientific and technological innovation and excellent modern service industry system are the key to optimize Guangxi's industrial structure;promoting the intelligent development of modern manufacturing industry is the cornerstone of the current economic development;developing green industry is conducive to the optimization of industrial structure and the improvement of ecological benefits.Finally,it is suggested that the adjustment of industrial structure in Guangxi needs more scientific and technological innovation and modern service industry system should be improved;we should promote the new road of industrialization and develop advanced manufacturing industry;we must advocate the concept of green development and accelerate the development of modern agricultural system.
