多方位角短距离掘进出矸方式的应用

摘  要:多方位短距离掘进时,通过初期2部耙装机打接力出矸,2部耙装机之间做为临时储矸仓;后期在耙装机与带式输送机之间设置临时储矸仓出矸,该出矸方案减少了巷道掘进工程量,提高了出矸工效,降低了对特殊工种的要求,相较于传统绞车斜巷提升运输出矸而言效果显著。In multi-directional short-distance tunneling, two rake loaders are used as temporary storage silos at the initial stage, and temporary storage silos are set between rake loaders and belt conveyors at the later stage.This scheme reduces the amount of roadway excavation works, improves the efficiency of gangue discharge, and reduces the requirements for special types of work. Compared with traditional winch inclined roadways, it improves the transportation of gangue, and the effect is remarkable.
