摘 要:在分析中厚煤层和大采高综采工作面设备系统结构的基础上,利用OEE方法获取设备效能值E1,依据ADC方法计算效能值E2,同时采用改进的群组AHP方法确定修正因子对E1、E2进行修正,从而计算出系统效能。最后,通过对上湾煤矿12206综采工作面实例分析,结果验证了模型的有效性和实用性,为中厚煤层和大采高综采工作面设备效能评价提供了依据。Based on the analysis of the intelligent mining equipment system structure of the mediumthickness coal seam and the large mining height fully mechanized mining face,the efficiency value E1 of mining equipment was obtained by using OEE method,and the efficiency value E2 was calculated by ADC method.Meanwhile,the modified factors were determined by improved group AHP method to modify E1 and E2,so as to calculate the system efficiency.Finally,through the case of 12206 face of Shangwan coal mine,the validity and practicability of the model was verified,which provided a basis for the intelligent mining efficiency evaluation of the medium-thickness coal seam and large mining height fully mechanized mining face.
