陇东煤田沙井子矿区煤5特殊用煤类型初步研究

摘　　要：通过对沙井子矿区以往勘查钻孔煤岩煤质化验资料的分析统计,以及采样测试的基础上,详细分析了主采煤层煤5的煤岩、煤质特征。并编制了主要煤质指标的等值线分布图,论述了硫分、灰分、挥发分、氢碳原子比的分布规律,并参照特殊用煤的煤质评价指标体系对煤5的液化、气化特征进行划分,划分结果表明:沙井子矿区煤5原煤适合二级流化床气化,对该矿区煤炭资源的洁净高效利用具有指导意义。Based on the analysis and statistics of the petrographic and qualitative test data of coal from the previous exploration wells in Shajingzi mining area,which the characteristics of No.5 coalbed in the main coal seam are analyzed in detail.And compiled the main coal quality index of the contour map,discusses the sulfur content,ash content,volatile matter,hydrogen carbon ratio distribution,and with reference to the special coal quality evaluation index system for coal liquefaction,gasification characteristics of No.5 coalbed,the classification results show that the Shajingzi No.5 coalbed suitable for secondary fluidized bed gasification,clean and efficient use of the mining area coal resources has guiding significance.
