摘 要:为解决近距离高瓦斯易自燃煤层回采工作面瓦斯-火共治的难题,以神华乌海能源公司五虎山煤矿011203工作面受上覆火区威胁条件下的煤炭开采为工程背景,通过对瓦斯治理方法及效果的分析,结合井下探火钻孔的实测数据分析,提出了适宜于近距离高瓦斯易自燃煤层回采工作面的通风方式。结果表明:采用全负压通风为主,均压增压通风应急的方案可有效防治工作面上隅角瓦斯浓度超限,并且可清晰掌握工作面有害气体的涌出情况,应用该通风方式使得011203工作面安全开采690.5 m,且未发生瓦斯、有害气体超限的事故。In order to solve the problem of gas-fire co-treatment in the close-range high gas and spontaneous combustion coal seam mining face,the coal mining under the threat of overburden area was taken as the engineering background for the 011203 working face in Wuhushan coal mine of Shenhua Wuhai energy company.The analysis of gas treatment methods and effects,combined with the analysis of the measured data of underground fire drilling,proposed a ventilation method suitable for the close-up high-gas spontaneous combustion coal seam mining face.The results show that:the whole negative pressure ventilation is the main method,and the pressure equalizing pressure ventilation emergency scheme can effectively prevent the gas concentration of the corners on the working surface from exceeding the limit,and can clearly grasp the gushing of the harmful gas on the working surface,and apply the ventilation method.011203 The working face was safely mined 690.5 m,and there was no accident of gas and harmful gas exceeding the limit.
