摘 要:为解决平煤股份十二矿己16-17-17120工作面撤架期间,顶板冒落造成通风系统不稳定、采空区浮煤出现自燃倾向引发回风流,上隅角CO超限问题。通过构筑临时控风设施,利用均压防灭火技术,控制CO涌出。撤架期间:架间CO最大值由112×10-6减小到45×10-6,上隅角CO由峰值35×10-6减小到0,明显抑制CO涌出。均压防灭火技术的使用,有效抑制采空区遗煤的自然发火倾向,架间CO涌出量减小了近2.5倍,监测上隅角和回风流CO浓度更是有明显减小。均压防灭火技术,便捷经济,为采面支架回撤,争取了充分的时间。In order to solve the problem of hydraulic support recovery inⅥ16-17-17120 working face of Pingdingshan No.12 mine,the ventilation system is unstable due to roof falling,coal combustion tendency of in goaf lead to hydraulic supports and return air flow,upper corner carbon monoxide exceeding limits.Setting up temporary wind control facilities to reduce effective ventilation section.Adopting the technology of pressure balance for air control,the CO between hydraulic support maximum is reduced from 112×10-6 to 45×10-6 and the CO in return air lane maximum is reduced from 35×10-6 to 0 in the course of hydraulic support recovery By adding temporary wind control facilities,the spontaneous combustion tendency of abandoned coal in goaf is effectively suppressed.CO decreased by nearly 2.5 times.Adopting the technology of equalizing pressure and fire prevention.It has gained enough time for the recovery of working face stents.
