摘  要:镐形截齿钎焊时由于选用的钎料不同,焊接工艺控制也有差异,使得各个截齿钎焊层屈服强度值不同,影响着硬质合金头的焊接质量。讨论钎焊层屈服强度对截齿整体力学性能的影响,探寻合理的钎焊层屈服强度值范围,分析截齿钎焊在钎料选择和工艺控制等方面的影响因素,得出提高其力学性能的措施,对提高镐形截齿实际使用寿命、减少失效和增加矿井生产效益,创新截齿生产工艺等具有较高的理论指导意义和工程实用价值。Due to different solder materials and different welding process control,the yield strength value of each cutoff brazing layer is different,which affects the welding quality of cemented carbide tip.Discuss brazing layer of yield strength to pick the overall mechanical properties,the influence of exploring reasonable brazing layer yield strength value range,analysis pick brazing filler metals in selection and the influence factors of process control,etc.,it is concluded that to improve the mechanical properties of measures,to improve the actual service life of pick,reduce error and increase the profit of the mine production,innovation pick production process has high theoretical guidance meaning and practical value in engineering.
