摘　　要：介绍了梭车制动器在整个梭车中的布置,并对如何确定梭车的制动距离,给出了驻车制动力矩和行车制动力矩的计算方法,以及如何确保梭车制动时不发生抱死的情况,同时介绍了在设计制动器时如何合理匹配行、驻车制动能力,以及如何保证较低的空载发热功率。Introduces the layout of shuttle car brake in the whole shuttle car,and how to determine the braking distance of shuttle car,gives the calculation method of parking braking moment and braking moment of shuttle car,and how to ensure that the shuttle car does not lock up when braking.At the same time,it introduces how to reasonably match the travel and parking braking capacity when designing the brake,and how to ensure low no-load heating power.
