摘  要:为了解粉末活性炭处理(PACT)工艺在综合工业废水中的应用效果,进行了PACT工艺处理综合工业废水的试验研究。针对综合性工业园区的混合排水,探讨了水力停留时间、气水比、回流比和粉末活性炭投加量等参数对PACT工艺的影响。结果表明,PAC的投加能增强生化处理系统的稳定性,提高有机物和氨氮的去除效果。当水力停留时间为24 h、气水比为20,回流比为200%,粉末活性炭投加量为1.0 g/L时,PACT工艺中COD、NH3-N的去除率分别为78.1%、59.4%。To understand the applying effect of powdered activated carbon treatment(PACT)process in handling integrated industrial wastewater,a trial research was conducted.Composite effluent released from complex industrial parks was tested to find the effects of various factors on the PACT process,such as hydraulic retention time(HRT),ratio of gas to water,reflux ratio,dose of powdered activated carbon(PAC),and etc.It has shown that the adding of PAC could strengthen the stability of biochemical treatment system and enhance the removal rates of organics and ammonia nitrogen.When HRT was 24 hours,gas to water ratio 20,reflux ratio 200%and PAC dose 1.0 g/L,the removal rates of COD and ammonia nitrogen would be 78.1%and 59.4%,respectively.
