摘 要:从人工智能的科学属性和产业属性,论述了推动人工智能学科群与专业群一体化建设,学科群与产业群融合发展,建立“学科链、人才链、创新链、产业链”四链贯通的发展模式的必要性和重要意义.提出一是要加强人工智能学科专业建设、人才培养、科学研究、产业四个方面深度融合,推进人工智能创新生态体系建设;二是要加强人工智能与实体经济深度融合,拓展人工智能应用场景,推进人工智能产业生态体系建设;三是建立政产学研金服用协同创新模式,通过体制机制创新,促进人工智能学科群与产业群深度融合,在提升高校人工智能学科专业建设水平的同时,推动地方人工智能产业高质量发展.From the scientific and industrial attributes of artificial intelligence(AI),this paper discusses the necessity and significance of a continuous development mode of the integrated construction of AI discipline group and specialty group,the integrated development of discipline group and industrial group,and the establishment of the“disciplinary-talent-innovation-industrial”chain.Firstly,it proposes to strengthen the deep integration of AI discipline construction,talent cultivation,scientific research,and industrial docking and to promote the construction of AI innovation ecosystems.Secondly,it suggests enhancing the deep integration of AI and the real economy and expanding AI application scenarios and push on the construction of AI industry ecosystem.Thirdly,it establishes a new model of collaborative innovation in“government-industry-university-research-finance-service-user”cooperation which promotes the convergence between AI discipline group and industrial group through system and mechanism innovation.The new model improves the construction level of artificial intelligence discipline in colleges and universities as well as promoting the high-quality development of local artificial intelligence industry.
