宁夏南部山区新型城镇化与生态环境响应关系研究——以固原市为例

摘　　要：以宁夏南部山区的固原市为研究对象,通过构建新型城镇化综合发展指标体系和生态环境综合发展指标体系,运用主成分分析法和响应度模型等方法,对该地区新型城镇化综合水平与生态环境综合质量进行测度,探讨两者之间的动态关系。结果表明,2010—2017年固原市新型城镇化综合发展指数和以人为本指数逐年上升,但城乡统筹、集约高效及生态宜居指数上升不明显;生态环境综合发展指数波动上升,压力指数呈非对称倒"U"型曲线,状态指数呈缓"S"型曲线,响应指数呈先缓慢下降后急剧上升的"S"型曲线;新型城镇化对生态环境质量和状态具有正向促进效应,对生态环境压力和响应呈负向效应。Taking Guyuan City in south mountainous region of Ningxia as the research object,through establishing the index system on evaluation of the new-type urbanization and ecological environment,and using principal component analysis and responsiveness model,the comprehensive level of the new-type urbanization and the ecological environment and its subsystems were estimated,and the dynamic relationship with responsiveness between the new-type urbanization and ecological environment was discussed.The results show that:From 2010 to 2017,the comprehensive index of the new-type urbanization and people-centered index rises year by year,while the ascending trend is not obvious on overall urban-rural development index,intensive efficiency index and ecological livable index.The ecological environmental integrated index presents a wavelike rising trend,the pressure index shows an asymmetric inverted U-shaped curve,and the state index shows a slow S-shaped curve.The response index shows an S-shaped curve that decreases slowly at beginning and then goes up sharply.The new-type urbanization development has a positive effect on the ecological environment quality and state,but has a negative effect on the ecological environmental pressure and response.
