摘 要:针对国内一些能耗高、寿命短、环保差、运行成本高、竞争力不强的高炉,通过系统分析和查找问题原因,提出了相应的升级改造措施。措施包括高效长寿炉型改造,合理的炉体结构和炉缸结构改造,高效冷却系统改造,以及节能、环保的新技术升级改造。实现降低成本,节能减排,提高竞争力。In view of some high energy consumption,short service life,poor environmental protection effect,high operating costs and the weak competitiveness blast furnaces,through systematic analysis and identification of causes of problems,some corresponding upgrading measures are proposed in this paper.The measures include the upgrading of highly efficient and longer campaign to furnace profile,reasonable furnace body structure and hearth structure,highly efficient cooling system,energy-saving and environmental protection new technologies.The upgrading measures can achieve cost reduction,energy saving and emission reduction,and then strengthen the BF competiveness.
