摘 要:介绍了国内某600 m3级高炉生产中出现的问题、炉体破损调研的情况,以及高炉炉体升级改造中采用的多项高炉长寿技术。该高炉升级改造投产后取得了良好的效果,生产顺行,能耗降低。实践表明,中冶京诚成熟、可靠、完整的高炉长寿技术的应用,有助于推动国内钢铁企业科技进步和转型升级,实现钢铁企业节能降耗的目标。This paper introduces the problems occurred in the production of a 600 m3 blast furnace in China,the investigation on the damage of the furnace body,and a number of long-life technologies used in the upgrading of the furnace body.After the upgraded blast furnace is put into operation,good results have been achieved,the production is smooth,and the energy consumption is reduced.The practice shows that,the application of mature reliable and complete BF longevity technology of CERI is helpful to promote the scientific and technological progress,transformation and upgrading of domestic iron and steel enterprises,and realize the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction of iron and steel enterprises.
