摘  要:随着我公司品种不断升级,氮元素对钢材质量的危害越来越受到关注。本文通过全流程密集取样调查,发现LF精炼和连铸过程是导致过程增氮的关键环节。从降低转炉终点氮含量、LF精炼和连铸增氮量方面出发,制定出了多项措施,最终,中包氮含量显著降低,产品质量得到了显著提升。With the continuous upgrade of our company's varieties,the harm of nitrogen to steel quality has been paid more and more attention.In this study,intensive sampling survey throughout the whole process was carried out,and it was found that the LF refining and continuous casting processes are the main processes that lead to nitrogen pick-up.A series of measures have been formulated to reduce the end nitrogen content of the converter,the nitrogen pick-up during LF refining and continuous casting process.As a result,the nitrogen content was significantly reduced,and the product quality was significantly improved.
