基  金:桃金娘有性和无性繁殖关键技术研究(合同编号:18-A-02-03)。

摘  要:利用正交设计方法L9(34),研究不同基质、不同处理、不同药剂等因子对桃金娘种子萌发的影响,以及采用黄心土、黄心土∶泥炭土(1∶1)和黄心土∶泥炭土∶珍珠岩(1∶1∶1)对桃金娘幼苗移栽关键技术的优化。结果表明:种子萌发率最高的组合是A3B3C2,即椰糠+珍珠岩(1∶1)+50℃温水浸泡24h+6-BA(50mg/L),萌发率为52%及采用黄心土∶泥炭土∶珍珠岩(1∶1∶1)移栽成活率较高,即100%。Using the method of orthogonal design L9(34),the effects on Myrtle seeds germination with different substrates,treatments,and drugs were studied.And the plant technologies were optimized with the base as the yellow subsoil,yellow subsoil:peat soil(1:1)and yellow subsoil:peat:perlite(1:1:1).The results showed that the combination with the highest germination rate was A3B3C2 treatment,which reached 52%.And the treatment was with the coconut bran and perlite(1:1)as the base materials,soaking the seeds in 50℃warm water for 24h,and the applying drug was 6-BA(50mg/L).The transplanting survival rate with the base material as yellow core soil:peat soil:perlite(1:1:1)was highest,which reaches 100%.
