摘 要:目的观察低频脉冲电磁场(LFPEMF)刺激治疗腓总神经损伤的疗效,并探讨对神经营养因子-3(NT-3)和神经生长因子(NGF)表达的影响。方法新西兰雄性白兔90只随机分为正常组(n=30),模型组(n=30),治疗组(n=30)。治疗组予LFPEMF刺激,正常组和模型组每天同治疗组一样置于无电磁圈的载物台,不做LFPEMF刺激,治疗前后对患肢进行运动神经传导速度(MCV)、复合肌肉动作电位(CMAP)测定,并应用免疫组织化学S-P法对90只兔受损腓神经组织中的NT-3和NGF的表达进行检测和统计学分析。结果模型组及治疗组腓总神经钳夹后MCV、CMAP波幅较正常组明显下降(P<0.01),经过3w治疗,治疗组的患肢MCV和CMAP波幅明显优于模型组(P<0.05),NT-3和NGF在治疗组腓神经组织中的表达显著高于模型组(均P<0.01)。结论LFPEMF刺激治疗能够加快受损神经修复,刺激内源性NT-3和NGF分泌,对腓总神经损伤的运动功能恢复有明显改善。Objective To observe the effectiveness of low frequency pulsed electromagnetic filed(LFPEMF)therapy on patients with common peroneal nerve injury and effects on NT-3 with NGF.Method Ninety healthy male New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into normal group(n=30),model group(n=30)and treatment group(n=30).The treatment group were given LFPEMF therapy,The normal group and the model group were placed on the same platform without electromagnetic circle every day as the treatment group,but not stimulated by LFPEMF.Motor conduction velocity(MCV)and Compound muscle action potential(CMAP)were performed before and after treatment.The expressions of NT-3 with NGF in injured common peroneal nerve tissue of 90 rabbits were detected by Streptavidin-Peroxide method(S-P method).Results MCV and CMAP amplitude in the model group and the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the normal group(P<0.01),after 3 weeks of treatment,MCV and CMAP amplitude of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the model group(P<0.05),and the expressions of NT-3 and NGF in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the model group(P<0.01).Conclusion LFPEMF therapy can accelerate the repair of damaged nerves,stimulate endogenous secretion of NT-3 and NGF,effectively improve the lower limb motor function in patients with common peroneal nerve injury.
