摘 要:受预测期河流水质背景值难以确定的影响,以河流混合稀释模型与河流水质浓度衰减模型为基本方法的河流水质预测评价,多难以清晰表达入河排污口设置对水质管理目标的影响。根据模型的数学特征,采用计算污染物对河流水质附加影响的预测评价方法,该方法不需要考虑排污口处河流水质背景值的影响。结合实例评价过程,阐述方法的可行性。Due to the difficulty of determining the background value of river water quality during the forecast period,the river water quality prediction and evaluation based on the river mixed dilution model and the river water concentration atten uation model are the basic methods,and it is difficult to clearly express the impact of the setting of sewage outfall settings on water quality management goals.According to the mathematical characteristics of the model,a predictive evaluation method is used to calculate the additional impact of pollutants on river water quality.This method does not need to consider the influence of the background value of river water quality at the sewage outlet.Combined with the example evaluation pro cess,the feasibility of the method is explained.
