摘 要:全球气候变暖导致许多动物生育力下降.本研究旨在探索热应激对小鼠发情周期及各发情阶段生殖激素的影响.本研究选择48只12周龄雌性小鼠随机分为热应激组和对照组饲养7 d,阴道外观和涂片法记录小鼠发情周期,利用ELISA方法检测各发情阶段血清中FSH、LH、E2和P4的变化.结果显示,热应激导致小鼠发情后期和总发情周期显著延长(P<0.05),发情期LH浓度和E2浓度极显著降低(P<0.01),发情后期P4浓度显著降低(P<0.05).暗示热应激可能通过抑制不同发情阶段生殖激素的水平和延长小鼠发情周期来影响小鼠的生育力.This study aimed to explore the effects of heat stress on the estrous cycle and reproductive hormones in mice.48 Mice were randomly divided into heat-stress group and control group for 7 days.Vaginal appearance and smear method were used to record the estrous cycle of the mice.ELISA was used to detect the changes of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)、luteinizing hormone(LH)、estrogen(E2)and progesterone(P4)in serum of each estrus stage.[Results]Affected by heat stress,the metestrus and the total estrous cycle(P<0.05)of mice was significantly prolonged(P<0.05).The effect on serum FSH concentration was not significantly changed(P>0.05),both the LH and the E2 concentration during estrus were decreased significantly(P<0.01),and the P4 concentration was significantly decreased in the metoestrus(P<0.05).Heat stress may affect the reproduction of mice by inhibiting the secretion of reproductive hormones and prolonging the estrous cycle of mice.
