摘　　要：目的探讨“杂交技术”在复杂Stanford B型主动脉夹层治疗中的应用效果。方法选择11例复杂Stanford B型主动脉夹层患者,均行“杂交技术”治疗,分析治疗效果。结果11例患者均顺利完成手术,术后监护室观察时间(2.62±0.74)d,术后住院时间(16.24±2.85)d;11例患者均顺利出院;住院期间,1例吻合口出血,3例发热,并发症发生率为36.36%。结论复杂Stanford B型主动脉夹层治疗中应用“杂交技术”效果理想,且并发症少,需引起高度关注。Objective To explore the effect of hybrid technique in the treatment of complex Stanford B aortic dissection.Methods 11 patients with complex Stanford B type aortic dissection were randomly selected from October 2017 to December 2019.All patients were treated with"hybrid technique".The therapeutic effect was analyzed.Results All the 11 patients completed the operation successfully.The observation time in the post-operative intensive care unit was(2.62+0.74)days,and the hospitalization time was(16.24+2.85)days.All the 11 patients were discharged smoothly.During the hospitalization period,1 case had anastomotic bleeding,3 cases had fever,and the incidence of complications was 36.36%.Conclusion Hybrid technique is effective in the treatment of complex Stanford B aortic dissection with few complications,which should be paid more attention.
