丙种球蛋白冲击疗法对过敏性紫癜患儿预后的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨采用丙种蛋白球冲击疗法治疗儿童过敏性紫癜的临床效果及预后情况。方法选取60例过敏性紫癜患儿,随机数表法分为研究组和对照组,各30例。观察组接受丙种球蛋白冲击疗法,对照组接受激素治疗,两组患儿均治疗4周。比较两组患儿的治疗效果和临床症状缓解时间,并随访半年,比较两组患儿的复发率。结果研究组患儿的治疗有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05);研究组患儿的住院、皮疹消退、腹痛消失、血尿血便消失、关节症状缓解时间分别为(18.68±2.24)d、(15.67±3.26)d、(5.49±1.27)d、(12.28±4.25)d、(3.17±1.31)d,对照组为(20.56±3.45)d、(19.37±3.41)d、(7.61±2.16)d、(15.28±3.77)d、(5.16±2.77)d,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿的复发率为6.67%,对照组为30.00%,两组复发率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用丙种球蛋白冲击疗法治疗过敏性紫癜,可快速缓解患儿的临床症状,其临床效果好,复发率低,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect and prognosis of children with allergic purpura treated with gamma protein ball shock therapy.Methods 60 children with allergic purpura admitted to our hospital from March 2014 to March 2019 were randomly divided into study group and control group,30 cases each.Children in the observation group received gamma globulin shock therapy,and the control group received hormone therapy.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The treatment effect and clinical symptom relief time of the two groups were compared and followed up for half a year.The recurrence rate of the two groups was compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(73.33%)(P<0.05).In the study group,the hospitalization,rash regression,abdominal pain disappeared,blood and urine disappeared,and the joint symptom relief time were(18.68±2.24)d,(15.67±3.26)d,(5.49±1.27)d,(12.28±4.25)d,(3.17±1.31)d,the control group were(20.56±3.45)d,(19.37±3.41)d,(7.61±2.16)d,(15.28±3.77)d,(5.16±2.77)d,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate was 6.67%in the study group and 30.00%in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of allergic purpura with gamma globulin shock therapy can quickly alleviate the clinical symptoms of children.The clinical effect is good and the recurrence rate is low,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
