脑脉泰胶囊联合常规疗法治疗ACI疗效及对神经功能缺损、认知功能和血清炎症因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨脑脉泰胶囊联合常规疗法治疗急性脑梗死(ACI)疗效及对神经功能缺损、认知功能和血清炎症因子水平的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月收治的ACI患者220例,根据住院编号随机分为观察组和对照组,各110例。对照组给予常规疗法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用脑脉泰胶囊联合治疗。治疗1个月后,观察两组治疗后的临床效果;比较两组患者治疗前、治疗后神经功能缺损程度评分量表(CSS)及简易精神状态量表(MMSE)评分;比较两组患者治疗前、治疗1个月后血清炎症因子水平变化。结果观察组临床有疗效(90.91%)显著高于对照组(79.09%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后CSS评分更低,MMSE评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清CRP、IL-1β、TNF-α水平更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑脉泰胶囊联合常规疗法用于治疗ACI临床效果好,不仅能改善神经功能缺损和认知功能,还能显著改善血清炎症因子水平。Objective To explore the efficacy of Naomaitai capsule combined with conventional therapy on acute cerebral infarction(ACI)and its influence on neurological deficit,cognitive function and serum inflammatory factors levels.Methods A total of 220 ACI patients admitted from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group according to hospitalization number,with 110 cases in each group.Control group was treated with conventional therapy,and observation group was additionally given Naomaitai capsule combined therapy on the basis of control group.After 1 month of treatment,the clinical effects after treatment were observed in the two groups.The scores of clinical neurological deficit scale(CSS)and mini-mental state examination(MMSE)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Serum inflammatory factors levels were compared before treatment and after 1 month of treatment.Results The clinical effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(90.91%vs 79.09%)(P<0.05).The CSS score was lower and MMSE score was higher after treatment in observation group(P<0.05).Levels of serum CRP,IL-1βand TNF-αin observation group were lower after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Naomaitai capsule combined with conventional therapy for ACI has good clinical effects,and it not only can improve neurological deficit and cognitive function,but also can significantly improve serum inflammatory factors levels.
