护理风险管理模式在预防骨科术后患者DVT中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究风险管理模式在预防骨科术后患者深静脉血栓(Deep vein thrombosis,DVT)中的应用。方法选取骨科手术患者100例进行研究,采用单双号方式进行分组,单号为对照组,双号为实验组;对照组进行常规管理模式进行护理,实验组采用风险管理模式进行护理;统计并比较两组患者的DVT防治知识掌握情况,下肢血管相应指标[最大血流速度(Vmax)、总静脉瘀滞指数(SI)]以及DVT的发生状况。结果在进行风险管理模式的护理后,实验组对DVT防治知识的掌握情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者在护理后Vmax均有显著提高,SI均显著降低;且护理后实验组Vmax显著高于对照组(P<0.05),SI显著低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组DVT的发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对骨科手术患者采用基于风险管理模式的护理,可以提高患者对DVT的预防知识掌握情况,并显著改善患者下肢血管状况,降低DVT的发生,效果显著,具有十分有前景的实用意义。Objective To study the application of risk management mode in the prevention of DVT in patients after orthopedic surgery.Methods 100 cases of orthopedic surgery patients who were treated in our hospital from December 2016-December 2018 were selected.Grouped by single and double numbers,the single number is the control group,and the double number is the experimental group.The control group was treated with routine management mode,and the experimental group was treated with risk management mode.Compare the knowledge of DVT prevention and control in two groups of patients.The corresponding indicators of lower extremity blood vessels[maximum blood flow velocity(Vmax),total venous stasis index(SI)],and the occurrence of DVT were counted.Results After the nursing of the risk management model,the knowledge of DVT prevention and treatment in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Both groups of patients had a significant increase in Vmax after care,and SI was significantly reduced.After treatment,the Vmax of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and SI was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of DVT in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of risk management mode based nursing for orthopedic surgery patients can improve the patient's knowledge of prevention of DVT.It can significantly improve the vascular status of the lower limbs of patients,reduce the occurrence of DVT,the effect is significant,and has very promising practical significance.
