小针刀三点法联合超短波治疗髌下脂肪垫损伤的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探析小针刀三点法结合超短波治疗髌下脂肪垫劳损的临床疗效。方法选取40例髌下脂肪垫劳损患者作为主要研究对象,采用数字随机表达法分组,20例每组。对照组采用针灸治疗,观察组采用小针刀三点法+超短波治疗,比较两组的临床疗效和疼痛程度。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,两组有显著差异;两组患者治疗后的活动痛、压痛评分均显著低于治疗前,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论在髌下脂肪垫劳损的临床治疗上,采用小针刀三点法+超短波治疗优势更为突出,可改善患者的临床症状,缓解其疼痛程度,值得推广和应用。Objective Small needle knife three-point.combined with ultrashort wave treatment of underarm fat pad strain.Methods Forty patients with underarm fat pad strains were enrolled in this study.The patients were divided into groups by digital random expression method and 20 patients/group.The control group received acupuncture treatment,and the observation group had a small needle knife three-point method+ultrashort wave treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The activity pain and tenderness scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Small needle knife three-point method+ultra-short wave treatment of underarm fat pad strain can improve the clinical symptoms of patients and relieve their pain.
