中国通信技术产学研专利合作网络结构及演化路径研究

摘　　要：企业与高校、科研院所之间的产学研专利合作是中国通信技术创新与发展的重要抓手。本文采用社会网络分析法,以3年为间隔构建2002—2017年中国通信技术产学研专利合作网络,并对专利合作总体状况、网络节点中心势、网络结构特征以及网络演化进行分析,发现产学研合作专利总数不断增长,但与境外单位的专利合作数量呈不断减少态势;高校已经成为通信技术领域技术研发及专利合作的“领头羊”;专利合作网络趋于复杂,网络中“小团体”数量逐渐增多,但不同团体之间的合作交流壁垒逐渐加剧,小世界网络特性逐渐削弱。最后,从政府、企业、高校和科研院所三个方面提出产学研专利合作相关建议,希望能够促进通信技术进一步发展。The patent cooperation between enterprises,universities and scientific research institutes is an important grasp for the innovation and development of communication technology in China.This paper uses social network analysis method to construct a patent cooperation network of China's communication technology industry-university-research institute from 2002 to 2017 at three-year intervals.The overall situation of patent cooperation,network node centrality,network structure characteristics and network evolution are analyzed.It is found that the total number of patents of industry-universityresearch cooperation is increasing,but they are specialized with foreign units.The number of beneficial cooperation is decreasing constantly;universities have become the"leader"of technology research and development and patent cooperation in the field of communication technology;patent cooperation network tends to be complex,and the number of"small groups"in the network is increasing gradually,but the barriers to cooperation and communication between different groups are gradually intensifying,and the characteristics of small world network are gradually weakening.Finally,from the three aspects of government,enterprises,universities and research institutes,this paper puts forward some suggestions on Patent Cooperation between industry,University and research institutes,hoping to promote the further development of communication technology.
