摘　　要：我国专利申请总量已连续多年位居世界第一,但依然存在“大而不强、多而不优”的问题,企业专利质量的提升刻不容缓,但如何提升专利质量?如何培育高价值专利?却是摆在企业面前的难题。本文从高价值专利的内涵出发,对专利信息分析、专利布局规划、专利评估、专利运用等关键环节进行梳理,形成企业高价值专利培育的路径,以期对企业高价值专利培育的实务工作带来启发和帮助。The total number of patent applications in China has ranked first in the world for many years,but there is still the problem of"big but not strong,many but not excellent".How to cultivate high-value patents?It is a problem for companies.Based on the connotation of high-value patents,this paper sorts out the key links such as patent information analysis,patent layout planning,patent evaluation and patent application,so as to form the path of cultivating high-value patent for enterprises,hoping to bring inspiration and help to the practical work of cultivating high-value patent for enterprises.
