摘 要:结合工程实例研究粤西山区特重交通等级高速公路水泥稳定碎石在不同成型方式、不同结构类型、不同水泥剂量、不同压实度情况下的抗冲刷性能。振动成型法成型的试件抗冲刷性能最好,静压成型法成型的试件抗冲刷性能最差,骨架空隙结构的无侧限试件抗冲刷性能最好,悬浮密实结构的无侧限试件抗冲刷性能最差。随着水泥剂量的增大,抗冲刷的能力逐渐变强,成型压实度越大,抗冲刷性能越好。研究结果可为本工程及粤西山区特重交通等级公路水泥稳定碎石配合比设计、施工提供参考。The anti-erosionproperties of cement stabilized crushed stone in the expressway with heavy traffic grade in the western mountainous area of Guangdong province is studied under the conditions of different forming modes,different structure types,different cement dosages and different compacting degrees.Vibration forming method has the best scour resistance while static pressure forming method has the worst scour resistance.The unconfined specimens of the skeleton void structure had the best scour resistance while the unconfined specimens of the suspension dense structure had the worst scour resistance.With the increase of cement dose,the anti-erosion ability becomes stronger gradually.The higher the forming compactness,the better the scour resistance.The results of the study can provide guidance for the design and construction of the cement stabilized crushed stone mixture ratio of this project and the heavy traffic grade highway in the mountainous area of western Guangdong province.
